Through 12 weeks of group coaching with personal insights and action plans from Clive Maxheath (Mindset Trainer) and Paul Harrild (Personal Trainer), you’ll build the strength and mindset necessary to break through obstacles and unlock your potential.

Program Overview

The Stronger Self program consists of 12 group coaching sessions over 12 weeks, with 13 hours of group contact time. Each week, you’ll tackle a new area of growth, focusing on physical fitness, mindset transformation, nutrition, and creating sustainable habits.

The 12-week structure includes:

  • 90-minute discovery & planning session to establish clear, actionable goals and define your vision.

  • 12 x 1-hour weekly group sessions led by Paul and Clive with expert insights, personal updates, and group brainstorming.

  • CliftonStrengths® and Positive Intelligence® Saboteur psychometric assessments to help identify your strengths and challenges.

  • Access to a database of exercise videos, training plans, and nutritious recipes, enabling you to stay on track and progress confidently.

  • 90-minute completion session to celebrate achievements and ensure you have the tools to continue your transformation.
