Paul Harrild
Paul has been a coach and personal trainer for the past 20 years, having taught over 10,000 hours of one-on-one sessions with clients. His clients have ranged from those seeking beach body transformations to individuals dealing with health issues like Parkinson's disease.
In recent years, Paul has focused on learning the art of cooking, butchery, and knife skills to enhance his expertise and pass on his knowledge of nutrition for practical use at home.
As a stepfather to two grown-up children, Paul considers this experience as a significant lesson in facing his own challenges. Having lost his father at the age of 12 and being raised in a single-parent family, he now utilizes his life experiences to hold Dad's and Men's groups.
Paul's ultimate life goal is to create a safe and supportive space through health and well-being retreats. These retreats provide individuals with an opportunity for personal growth, self-reflection, and a sense of grounding and centeredness in their daily lives.
