Murray's training calendar: 12/12/2016 Dec 1 - Knee good, able to do some light static jumping as part of warmup. Struggled on the last set of floor press and the correct tempo on 2nd and 3rd sets of chip up on bar. Dropped the tempo and increased recovery to 90 secs.
