2a KB 2 arm swing
5 x 5reps - 10X0 - 60-90sec rest

3a Chin ups (underhand grip) 
10 x 1rep - 2010 - 90sec rest

4a KB 1 arm swing (alt) 
5 x 6reps - 20X0 - 90sec rest

4b KB single bent over row   
5 x 6reps left side - 2010 - 90sec rest

4c KB 1 arm swing (alt) 
5 x 6reps - 20X0 - 90sec rest

4d KB single bent over row
5 x 6reps right side - 2010 - 90sec rest

4e KB 1 arm swing (alt) 
5 x 6reps - 20X0 - 90sec rest
